Dave's Family Restaurant

I don’t normally write reviews but this was deserved.We go to Dave’s maybe every 6-8 weeks, when we have time after dropping our daughter off - food is always very good and we have had the same, very pleasant server the last 3 times.Yesterday we were in and I ordered the western omelet, NO CHEESE and it came out with cheese. It took about 8 or 10 minutes for her to come back, at which time, my other half was almost done with her food.I hadn’t eaten more than a few bites until I realized the cheese so I just asked her to please take it off the check. She apologized several times, asked me to allow her to remake it, but I said it was okay, just please take it off.When the check was delivered to the table, it came with a fresh omelet to go, NO CHARGE and NO CHEESE. I ate it for breakfast this morning and it was wonderful.This wasn’t necessary but it was super awesome of them and even though I would have gone back, now I will go out of my way to go back because they went out of their way to make the situation right.Thank you for great service, a thing many establishments have seemed to forget.

Nice little dinner in the center of town. Service was very friendly and fast. A reasonable selection on the menu that wasn't too large so you can tell they know what they are doing.The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Would definitely go back and hit this spot up again!

A good old time dinner service and food was great awesome atmosphere. I had the new York strip and eggs decent sized portions a good place for breakfast

It's a classic! Everything you'd want from a Family Restaurant! The menu can be somewhat overwhelming, but aim for something you'll enjoy and you'll be satisfied. Great spot in the heart of downtown!

The owners are very nice! Warm welcome when entering even when busy. Fast service and good food.

First time ever going to this place. The server was just polite & always checking on us. I enjoyed the food, as did the guests I was with! It's a nice change of pace if you're looking to be supportive of an "Ma & Pa" place.

Five stars for this restaurant!! The food is amazing! I had the corned beef hash, the kids had the 5x2 and my partner had the Mexican omelet. Hands down the best mimosa I have ever had. Sherry our server was very friendly and quick with her service. Would come here again and again. Highly recommend!!
